PageStitch is built to capture webpages, not your data. The extension processes captures locally on your device and does not send page contents or screenshots to Quiet Pixel Labs.
Information we collect
Quiet Pixel Labs does not collect, store, or sell personal information through the PageStitch extension. We do not collect your browsing history, the contents of pages you visit, or the screenshots you create.
How PageStitch works with data
When you start a capture, PageStitch temporarily accesses the active page so it can capture and combine the visible sections. This processing happens locally in your browser. The resulting image remains on your device and is saved only when you choose to download it.
Local storage
PageStitch may save preferences or extension state in your browser's local storage so your settings persist. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. You can remove it by uninstalling the extension or clearing its stored data through your browser.
Third parties
PageStitch does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party services to process captures. This policy does not cover the websites you visit or the practices of Google Chrome, the Chrome Web Store, GitHub, or other third-party services.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
PageStitch's use of information received from Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data accessed during capture is used only to provide the screenshot requested by the user. It is not transferred, sold, used for advertising, or made available for human review.
Children's privacy
PageStitch is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when PageStitch changes. The revised policy will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be disclosed where appropriate.
